Terms and Conditions
- Banyan Tree Gift Card Added Value Promo is valid for one year from the desired date of delivery as provided by the purchaser. The expiry date is also stated on the confirmation email/e-Gift Card. Upon expiry, e-Gift Cards will be deactivated and all unused value will be forfeited.
- Banyan Tree e-Gift Cards can only be redeemed at the hotel purchased shown on the e-Gift Card. Banyan Tree e-Gift Cards are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the recipient indicated on the e-Gift Card at the time of purchase. Banyan Tree e-Gift Cards may be combined with other forms of payment. Charges in excess of the e-Gift Card's stored value may be settled with cash or major credit card. The e-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in whole, and have no value unless redeemed.
- Advance reservations are required. Redemption is subject to participating resorts, spas and retail outlets availability. Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts has the right to reject any expired e-Gift Card and charge in full should you wish to keep the reservation or appointment.
