- Cancellations made on the day of arrival or in the case of a no-show will result in a 100% charge.
- Flexible check-in applies to guests who have indicated their arrival time at the point of booking.
- Check-out time will be based on a 24-hour rolling forecast (for eg: if check-in is at 7 am, check-out will be at 7 am on the last day).
- Additional fees will be incurred if guests prefer to extend their check-out time.
